Dr. Terry GoldenTerence Liam Golden was born in Philadelphia in 1971 as the youngest of 10 children. He attended St. James Catholic High School where he was a standout in football, basketball, track and was a member of the National Honor Society. He received a scholarship to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. At Cornell, Dr. Golden excelled in football and was selected as captain of the Big Red football team by his teammates.
Using regular chiropractic care, Dr. Golden was able to relieve all of the symptoms from his neck injury. He began to notice the other benefits of chiropractic care as well. Throughout his life, Dr. Golden was the person that “caught” every cold and flu that went around and suffered from pneumonia several times. After starting chiropractic adjustments, he soon found that his immune system was functioning much better. He stopped “catching” the illnesses even when those around him were sick. He went on to graduate from New York Chiropractic College in 1998 and was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society. He relocated to St. Petersburg after graduation and practiced for several years as an associate. He soon realized that most of the care being rendered in these offices was for symptom relief only. The true underlying structural cause was not being addressed in any way. Knowing that there was a better way, Dr. Golden decided to open his own practice in August 2004. He currently resides in Seminole with his wife, Stacey and son, Grady. |
